It's been a busy week in Lyndhurst Land. I was lucky enough to attend the launch party of
Isabel Ashdown's second novel
Hurry Up and Wait in Waterstones, Chichester. I was supervised by the impeccable
Sarah Haynes and great fun was had by all. Here's a snap of lovely Isabel and me:
A fair amount of wine was consumed, however, so some fresh air and exercise was in order over the next couple of days. Another (free if you don't count the car park charge) day out can be had at the
Forest of Bere . It's just a few miles out of Fareham along the A32, but you'd never guess it was so near civilisation.
